The company serves over 1,000 customers across 84+ countries, supplying parts for passenger vehicles, commercial fleets, trucks, buses, and heavy equipment. With branches across the UAE and India, Star City Autos has built a strong reputation for reliability, product authenticity, and global reach.

In addition to spare parts trading, the company expanded into brand-new vehicle exports and general trading, offering complete automotive solutions under one roof. Operating with modern warehouses in Dubai Mainland and Jebel Ali Free Zone, Star City Autos required a robust and scalable ERP system to manage high-volume global transactions efficiently and maintain operational transparency.

Business Challenges

 

As the business expanded globally, Star City Autos faced challenges in managing customer relationships and sales processes efficiently. There was no structured CRM system to track leads, manage opportunities, or monitor the complete sales pipeline. Sales teams relied on manual follow-ups, making it difficult to track lead conversions and measure performance accurately.

Quotation management was another major challenge, as preparing, revising, and tracking multiple international quotations lacked standardization. Additionally, management required advanced reporting tools such as sales target reports, conversion detail reports, and daily sales logs, but the existing system did not provide real-time, customized insights for strategic decision-making.

To streamline operations, we implemented a fully integrated ERP solution with a dedicated CRM module tailored to Star City Autos’ global trading model. Custom reports were developed, including sales target tracking reports, detailed conversion analysis reports, and daily sales activity logs.
