§ 04

Advisory board, in formation.

We are formalizing an institutional advisory board across three competencies: public-sector procurement (former senior buyers from MENA and African governments), regulatory and compliance (legal counsel and former regulators), and enterprise software operations (operators who have scaled platform companies through similar arcs).

Advisors are appointed on a one-year renewable basis with published terms of reference. Names will appear here once appointments are formal and announceable. We will not list "advisors" we cannot put on the phone with a customer.

§ 05

How we make decisions.

Every customer-facing commitment — pricing, scope, timeline, security posture, data residency — passes through one of three named decision rights inside the company. We do not have a culture of "we'll get back to you." We have named owners, written authority limits, and one founder who is personally accountable when those rights are exceeded.

Speak directly to the team that builds it.

Government and enterprise buyers can meet the founder and the relevant platform lead in the first call. We do not stage gate conversations behind a sales funnel.
