The administrator runs the platform on the agency's behalf. They manage tenants, roles, schemas, workflows, scheduled tasks, monitoring, and incident response. They are the first line between the agency's day-to-day work and the platform's behaviour.
An administrator is not a developer and not a business analyst. They are the operational guardian of the running configuration. They understand workflows well enough to tune them, identity well enough to grant access without weakening posture, monitoring well enough to know when an SLA is at risk before a user files a ticket. In a typical 200-user agency deployment, two to three administrators is the right complement.
Seats are allocated per deployment, with additional seats available at published rates. Independent learners can apply through the application form.
