§ 01 / WHO IT IS FOR

The role behind the track.

The data and residency manager is the agency's bridge between platform behaviour and legal obligation. They configure how long records are kept, where they live, who can see them, when they must be disclosed, and under what circumstances they must be destroyed. They sit at the intersection of platform, law, and policy — and they need fluency in all three.
