§ 01 / WHO IT IS FOR

The role behind the track.

The supervisor is the user the regulator deployment is built around. The track is the platform-side complement to the supervisor's domain expertise. We do not teach financial supervision, telecom supervision, or pharmaceutical supervision — the supervisor already knows their domain. We teach how to wield the platform to discharge their supervisory function with full audit trail, defensible records, and minimum process overhead.

§ 02 / THE FOUR LEVELS

Foundations · 5 days
The supervisory record. Entity / instrument / action model. Inspection workflow. Enforcement workflow. Risk profiling basics. Lab on a sample regime.
L2
Practitioner · 10 days + 30 days supervised
Inspection programme design. Findings management. Enforcement preparation. Hearings and appeals. Public register management. Case study: lead one supervisory cycle on the customer's tenancy.
L3
Expert · Self-directed, 4–6 months
Risk model design. Thematic review leadership. Cross-border cooperation. Two supervisory projects, paper, oral.
L4
Architect · Peer-nominated, capped intake
Sets supervisory-platform standards for the regulator. Owns the risk model. Architecture board.
§ 03 / EXAMINATION & CERTIFICATION

How the level is actually awarded.

L1 examination
Multiple-choice plus a supervisory-record lab.
L2 examination
Lead one full supervisory cycle — inspection through findings through proposed enforcement — on a real entity on the customer's tenancy.
L3 examination
Two projects plus a paper, often on risk-modelling or thematic-review methodology.
L4 examination
Architecture board. Includes a panel member from the regulator's executive committee.
Re-certification
Every 24 months. Focus on platform changes and any changes to the regime supervised.
